Day 1: Marrakech

Our driver will be waiting for you at the exit of Marrakech Menara Airport with a warm Moroccan welcome. Your Moroccan adventure with us will begin the moment you land.

Day 2: Marrakech -Skoura

Yallah Yallah! Let’s Go!

Get ready for the adventure. After breakfast, we depart around 9:00 am towards Skoura. Crossing the majestic High Atlas Mountains with several scenic stops along the way. We’ll cross the famous Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260 m) and enjoy a panoramic view of the UNESCO World Heritage Site Ksar Ait Ben Haddou, one of the most impressive and best-preserved fortified villages in Morocco. Located on the ancient caravan route, this adobe fortress is a unique example of traditional Berber architecture.

We continue via Ouarzazate, known as the “Gateway to the Desert,” then follow the Route of the Kasbahs, including a guided visit of Kasbah Amridil.

Day 2: Skoura -Desert

After breakfast, we pass through Kalaat M’Gouna and its Valley of Roses before reaching the spectacular Todra Gorge, where towering rock walls rise up to 300 m. The gorge opens into the lush Todra Valley, dotted with palm groves and small Berber villages.

We then continue towards the desert, with opportunities to experience authentic Berber life along the way. On arrival in Merzouga, we switch to camels for a ride across the golden dunes to enjoy the sunset time.

Day 3: Exploring the Desert

Recommendable Get up early to witness the breathtaking sunrise just around the camp for a wonderful start to your journey. We’ll explore the desert and meet its people, the nomadic tribes, as well as visit fossil quarries and the village of Khamlia, home to descendants of sub-Saharan Africans, renowned for their soulful Gnawa music.

At midday, we enjoy a unique culinary experience in the heart of the desert: a hands-on cooking class to learn how to prepare the traditional Berber pizza, or Madfouna. Guided by our local chefs, you’ll prepare the dough from scratch, create the flavorful filling of seasoned minced meat, fresh vegetables, and spices, and finally taste your homemade Berber pizza against the stunning desert backdrop.

Day 4:Desert-Ouarzazate

After breakfast, we set off through the vast Tafilalet palm grove, then continued to Rissani, the first imperial city of Morocco. We travel through Alnif and visit the famous Round Mountain, a backdrop for numerous films, before crossing the Saghro Mountains.

We finish the day in the Draa Valley, home to one of the largest oases in North Africa.

Day 5:Ouarzazate-Marrakech

After breakfast, we return to Marrakech via the spectacular Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260 m), the highest road pass in North Africa. Upon arrival, you’ll enjoy a guided tour of Marrakech, one of Morocco’s four Imperial Cities.

Day 6: Marrakech sightseeing tour

Visit Marrakech and explore its medina with a local guide through a maze of narrow streets and alleyways. The exterior of the Koutoubia Mosque (12th century), twin to Seville’s Giralda and Rabat’s Hassan Tower.

Passing through Bab Agnaou, the monumental gateway to the Medina. Exploring the Bahia Palace (19th century), with its ornate halls and lush courtyards. Wandering the winding alleys of the Medina, discovering the bustling souks. Ending at the vibrant Jemaa el-Fnaa Square, alive with musicians, dancers, snake charmers, storytellers, and food stalls.

Day 7: Departure

Today marks the end of our service and your unforgettable week with us exploring Morocco. Depending on your flight schedule, a private transfer to Marrakech Airport for your departure.
